1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd. provides international courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

• USA to Jamaica Package Forwarding

• Air Freight Shipping

• Package Receiving & Processing

• Shopping Assistance / Personal Shopper Services

• Package Pickup

• Home Delivery (Eligible Areas)

• Knutsford Express Delivery

• Warehouse Handling

• Package Tracking & Notifications

Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

Shipments are processed multiple times each week based on airline and logistics schedules.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, airline schedules, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Pickup Location

Customers may collect packages at:

Harbour View Shopping Centre
Kingston 17, Jamaica

Customers will be notified when their packages are ready for collection.

5. Delivery Services

Free Delivery

We proudly offer FREE delivery on eligible shipments within:

• Kingston

• Bull Bay

Additional Delivery Options

We also provide:

• Knutsford Express Delivery

• Delivery outside our free delivery zones (additional charges apply)

Delivery fees outside eligible areas will be communicated before shipment.

Shipping rates may be updated periodically without prior notice.

7. Weight & Billing Policy

Packages are billed based on actual shipping weight.

Any package weighing 0.5 lb or more above a whole pound will be rounded up to the next full pound for billing purposes.

8. Customs Duties & Additional Charges

Packages valued at more than US$100 are subject to a 25% processing/customs fee, in accordance with applicable customs regulations and company policy.

Additional fees may also apply for:

• Oversized packages

• Heavy items

• Special handling requests

• Knutsford Express Delivery

• Deliveries outside the free delivery zone

Customers will always be notified before any additional charges are applied.

9. Package Tracking

Customers receive a FREE U.S. shipping address upon registration.

After placing an order online:

• Obtain your tracking number from the retailer.

• Submit your shipment details through our pre-alert system (where applicable).

• Monitor your package through our shipment notifications.

Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd. provides regular shipment updates from arrival to pickup or delivery.

10. Shopping Assistance / Personal Shopper

Customers who require assistance purchasing online may use our Shopping Assistance Service.

Our team can:

• Purchase items on your behalf

• Assist with online orders

• Source products from approved retailers

Full payment must be received before purchases are made.

Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd. is not responsible for:

• Vendor errors

• Incorrect sizing

• Product defects

• Retailer cancellations

• Manufacturer warranties

• Refund delays

All refunds and exchanges remain subject to the retailer's policies.

11. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer's own risk.

Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd. assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delays, or shipping errors.

The company is not responsible for:

• Vendor mistakes

• Incorrect customer shipping information

• Packages lost before arrival at our U.S. warehouse

• Airline delays

• Customs inspections

• Weather-related disruptions

• Third-party courier issues

Responsibility begins once the shipment reaches our designated warehouse and ends upon successful pickup or delivery.

12. Packaging & Fragile Items

Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd. is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging from vendors or senders.

Fragile items including:

• Electronics

• Glass

• Ceramics

• Liquids

• Cosmetics

• Decorative items

are shipped at the owner's risk.

Customers are encouraged to request protective packaging from retailers.

13. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must comply with Jamaican and international shipping regulations.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal drugs

• Firearms and ammunition

• Explosives

• Hazardous materials

• Counterfeit goods

• Perishable food items

• Live animals

• Cash and negotiable instruments

• Any item prohibited by Jamaican or U.S. law

Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any prohibited shipment.

Customers may receive:

15. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash

• Bank Transfer

• Online Transfer

• Approved Digital Payment Platforms

All shipping charges, customs fees, and additional service fees must be paid before packages are released.

Payments become non-refundable once shipment processing has begun.

16. Claims & Complaints

Claims regarding damaged or missing packages must be submitted within 48 hours of package collection or delivery.

Supporting documentation may include:

• Photos

• Tracking numbers

• Invoices

• Proof of value

Failure to report within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

17. Storage & Unclaimed Packages

Customers should collect packages promptly after notification.

Packages left unclaimed for more than 7 days may incur storage charges.

Packages remaining unclaimed after 30 days may be:

• Returned

• Auctioned

• Donated

• Disposed of

to recover storage and administrative costs.

18. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before shipment processing begins.

Once shipment processing or customs clearance has commenced, cancellations may not be possible.

Applicable cancellation fees may apply.

19. Amendments

Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between Hollywood Shipping Services Ltd. and its customers regarding the use of our services.
